Monday 27 to Friday 31 August marks two events – National Literacy and Numeracy Week, and the TAFE state-wide National Year of Reading (NYR) event. To celebrate, St George College Library has invited students and staff to try their hand at unscrambling letters to make words in Library Letters and Numbers, come on a Letter Hunt amongst the library shelves using Dewey decimal numbers as a guide, and do a comprehension activity based on The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr Morris Lessmore. You could be in the running to win a prize donated by your Student Association including movie tickets, a usb stick and a compendium.
Entries need to be in by library closing on Friday 31 August 2012.
